| PWN first Empowering Talk of 2017 have been a great success. Over 100 people attended the event, organised in collaboration with Crédit Agricole CIB. Avivah Wittenberg Cox, inspired the audience with her usual provocative and straight to the point approach to gender balance. WHY gender balance is a business imperative? Women represents over 60% of graduates and 80% of consumers so we should stop treating them as a “diversity”. Companies should reframe the debate: from an HR issue to a business imperative, CEO-led. Panelists involved in the roundtable, Francesca Benucci of Crédit Agricole CIB and Simone Zucca of Google, shared their own experience in a very interactive debate moderated by Gini Dupasquier, PWN Milan Vice President and co-facilitated by Wittenberg-Cox, with several questions and interest from the audience.
