When we receive feedback, we notice that the giver isn't good at giving it. 

What is it that makes feedback such a conundrum for both givers and receivers? 

Most people say that feedback is the most difficult conversation to have and today, we will look inside the dynamics of this complex but rewarding exercise. 

We will go over the "3 main triggers" and I will put my skills and knowledge as a coach at your service with the intention of giving you few tools you can use in your professional and personal life. 

And I promise, it will be fun too!
