Mentoring: a professional relationship in which a senior experienced person (the mentor) offers his/her expertise and advice to assist a less-experienced person (the mentee) in developing skills and self-awareness. An experience made of sharing, generosity, integration, and reciprocity.

March 6th, Samsung Smart Arena, Milan: PWN Milan presents “Mentoring al femminile. PWN Milan: 10 anni a supporto della crescita professionale delle donne”, authored by journalist Alice Dutto, and edited by Lifenotes, a storytelling-specialized group.
The volume was born from PWN Milan’s idea of telling the story and the evolution of a mentoring activity that in these past ten years has helped over 800 women with different professional backgrounds and seniority. The volume includes thoughts and reflections on mentoring and it’s future perspectives.
