Men are generally simple and stable in their approach to style and clothes at work, day after day. Women approach is diversified, multicolored, subject to moods, seasons, self perception, size changing, age, fashion trends...

How men dress is usually not a subject matter. How women dress is constantly a subject matter. We are more 'exposed' to judgment.

Times are changing, attention to dress codes is fading. We are more free to decide what to wear at work, thus it becomes more important to get acquainted with how our personal style talks about us.

We have to know what it looks like, what others are 'seeing' of ourselves (are they seeing exactly the real me? or are they making a story about me that doesnt represent me, only based on what they are seeing?)

Style awareness in the workplace is one of the main steps in building or reviewing our personal and public image. It's strategy. 

The evening is focused on making valuable contacts to expand your professional network – bring plenty of business cards!
