PWN Milan believes it is time for a new dialogue between men, women, and all genders on how we achieve gender balance in the workplace and at home.

We are delighted to announce a new initiative to engage male allies and develop a dialogue with them on the role they can play as change agents to support gender balance. 

The program will comprehend 1 Kick-Off, 3 Workshops, and 1 final meeting, delivered by Robert Baker, Diversity & Inclusion Expert, and Google as per following:

• 13rd October 2021 - Kick-Off of Engaging Male Allies - Robert Baker, with the participation of Andrea Turco, Industry Manager @ Google - Online - h. 6.30 - 8 pm
• 3rd November 2021 - Workshop 1 - 'In her shoes' by Andrea Turco -  Live location [Deutsche Bank - Sede Bicocca - Piazza del Calendario, 3, Milano] - h. 6.30 - 8 pm
• 15th November 2021 - Workshop 2 - Why Men should become Allies for Gender balance - Robert Baker - Online - h. 6 - 8 pm
• 7th February 2022 - Workshop 3 - From Ally to Activist - Robert Baker - Online - h. 6 - 8 pm
• 6th April 2022 - Program's closure - Engaging men, and women: a generative dialogue towards a gendered balanced leadership - Live location [TBD] - h. 6.30 - 8.30 pm 

The workshops will be held in English.
