I’m a passionate Marketer & Business Developer, and served in multinational companies such as Unilever, Coty, Richemont, building fabulous brands together with wonderful teams.
I’m a Jazz lover and performed in bands. I often find a lot of similar dynamics happening between Jazz bands and high-performing teams: they don’t simply “play”, they “interplay”! They allow and gain space mutually and inter-dependently, contributing to something bigger, and wider than their own solos.
Born in Italy, graduated in Political Science and Marketing, Major in Economics, I spent part of my life in several countries in Europe and USA for study and business purposes. I joined PWN in 2021.
I strongly believe that growing human potential can lead to a fulfilling life and more effective organizations. That’s why I like to support this process in every area of my life, and that is why - amongst other activities - I’m working to become an ICF certified coach.
