Lana Nguyen

Lana has over 17 years of experience in the international financial services industry. She has worked in Asia, the UK and Continental Europe. She is currently responsible for the New Business initiatives within Athora Group, a key business area for Athora's future success and one of its strategic pillar, "Growth". She joined the Company in 2017 working in the Group Balance Sheet Management team, before taking on the Head of Balance Sheet Management role at its Belgian entity and subsequently for its German entity as Regional Head of Balance Sheet Management. Prior to joining Athora Group, she has worked for some of the biggest life insurers and reinsurers in the world such as Allianz, Hannover Re or RGA. Being born in Vietnam, she has lived in 5 countries and is fluent in 4 languages. She loves travelling, interior design, passionate about lifelong learning, leadership development and giving back to society and making a difference. She relocated to Milan early 2023 and joined the PwN Milan Board recently.
